What warranty applies to instruments?
Instruments are covered against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
What is not covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect, environmental damage (temperature or humidity), consumable items, or routine maintenance.
Are bows, cases, and accessories covered?
Bows, cases, and accessories are covered against manufacturer defects only. Warranty terms and durations vary by brand and product type. Consumable items (including strings and rosin) are not covered.
How do we initiate a warranty claim?
Contact Varnam Strings with purchase documentation and a brief description of the issue. We will review the request and advise on next steps in accordance with manufacturer policies.
